With the Hatch Cantina banquet menu, you can choose how you want to be served. We can arrange for a plated dinner, staffed or unstaffed stations, passed apps, open bar, and more. The choice is yours!
Our team is here to help with planning for banquets large and small. Our indoor plaza, mezzanine, and bar for up to 120 guests.
In House Events
Interested in something a little different? Ask about carving stations, specialty cocktails, tequila tastings, and tailormade tasting menus. We have a variety of specialized menus, including gluten free and vegan options, to please all of your guests.
To-Go Catering
We also provide to-go catering services that can include equipment rentals for a buffet set-up, staffing events and delivery options available.
