Service Charge

 In response to the constantly changing business environment, Hatch Cantina has decided to update our business & compensation model in 2025.  After considering various models, we chose a service charge model to balance the interests of our guests, company and staff. 

A 20% Serice Charge is added to every bill.

TIPS ARE NOT EXPECTED. 

DO NOT FEEL PRESURE TO GIVE ONE.

For those concentered or interested:

Our Bartenders and Servers make $48 to $55 per hour and our back of house staff makes $28 to $35 per hour. 

Our handheld payment devices will not ask you for a tip. 

Unfortunately, our POS system does not allow us to remove the tip line from the printed bill. Feel free to write 0.

Should a tip be received, it will go directly to the front of house staff.
