Achieving Sustainability

Our Goals

  Here at the Hatch Cantina, we strive to create an authentic dining experience using not only the best product we can get our hands on, but also the most ethical and responsible. We take great pride in our product and strive to minimize waste wherever possible.

Companies we love to support

 We feature companies focused on cutting edge regenerative farming. Our beef comes from Royal Ranch, in Royal Washington, and is the first 100% sustainable cattle farm in the country. Their take on farming impacts local farms, providing compost for the farms which provide feed for the cows, and offsets greenhouse gasses.

Check them out! 

The seafood we use has been specifically selected due to its minimal environmental impact. We use farmed soft-shelled crab out of California, and farmed trout from Idaho to minimize our restaurants’ impact on the fragile eco-systems of our over fished ocean.

Keeping it local

  

We’re proud to feature local brands like Tillamook, La Mexicana and others to reduce our carbon footprint while supporting the local economy. We even use microgreens farmed right here in Belltown by Little Lolo’s farms; a company focused on creating a stronger urban farming community right here in Seattle.
